Writing is a hard work and all the marvels of modern technology haven’t made it any easier. The basic art of assembling one’s thoughts into engaging prose is really a difficult task. An ample writing ability is crucial to a successful education and career. Education is more than merely effective test taking.  With the immense power to influence and persuade others with words, a proficient writing education should be established for a school student.  It is becoming increasingly important because schools focus predominantly upon standardized test. In addition, writing is a pivotal, fundamental skill not only for education but a career as well. Though a career may not be primarily oriented around writing, the necessity to write well often surfaces in a myriad of careers. Hence, writing abilities must be instilled in your minds early, so that they will remain established throughout your lifetime.

Good written communication is still imperative. Most students avoid writing. Some dislike writing homework  in school and leave assignments until the night before to do. Furthermore, the ability to write well can have a profound impact on your lives. One who is able to write well is able to convey creativity, intelligence, and emotion into something that could influence many lives.  Even in the realm of science, people write lab reports, scientific articles and educational material. Doctors spend a good portion of their day writing, dictating, and recording patient information. Effective writing is an absolute must for clear communication.

Writing increases the level of self-confidence. A student does better in school who develops his writing power and makes it a habit. He not only improves his vocabulary but at the same time also makes no error in spellings of difficult words.

Writing is also very important for time management. In doing school work or home work, in class tests as well as in exam, a student having effective writing skill saves his valuable time by writing the given tasks within the prescribed time. On the other hand, the child having poor writing skill wastes his time, get bored and just suffers.

Hence, it is most essential for a student to develop proper writing skill.
