It was on 20th May 2006. I still remember the date, not only because Rahul is my cousin brother but also because the party was the best I have ever attended. I and my family members were invited to the party. We arrived two hours before the party started. All our relatives and friends were present at the party.

The party was organized in the large and attractive garden of our uncle,  Rahul’s father. The garden was full of beautiful flowers and fruits. The plants  decorated with colourful lights were looking  very nice. The lawn with thick grass was shinning. Colourful chairs and tables were placed in the garden for dinner.

The party started at 7 pm. Rahul cut the birthday cake and we all sang the song ‘Happy birthday to you, may God bless you’ repeatedly and gave him birthday wishes. Crackers were burst in the garden with sparkling lights. Music was played. We, the children were divided in two teams and played Anthakshari. The elders played music chair. After Anthakshari, we played pillow game. . I took my dinner with my family members, friends and relatives. More than fifty types of food items were prepared. I became confused to eat what first. There were more than ten types of sweets, a varieties of snacks, noodles, ice-creams and rice and curry items. After dinner, we returned home. The party was really very amusing and joyful.
