Examination! The very term gives shock as well as pleasure. Those who are well prepared for it, welcome it happily with courage. But, those who have not finished their portions, fear it. A day before an examination is therefore interesting in many ways. On this day the students remain in a particular mood. Most of the examinees’ heart throb. Every one is in a state of uncertainty as to what would come in the examination.
Good students put heart and soul in their studies without thinking more. They sincerely prepare the subject which they have the next day. But the average and weak students become confused. They do not think what to read as many lessons are left to be revised.
The minds of the students who care too much for their examination become weary on the day before examination. They do not eat anything, see any thing, or hear anything . Parents and guardians advise them not to worry and to write properly in examination. During the night before examination, much care is taken. Students revise the important questions thoroughly. They are advised not to study upto late in the night as they need complete sleep, otherwise they may feel drowsy and get confused in the examination hall. The examinees keep their balpens, pencils, eraser, ruler, sharpener and other necessary items in their box. When they go to sleep at night, they pray God and set the alarm to get up at right time in the morning.
Thus, a day before the examination is not a day of fun and delightful mood but is a day full with tension.
