MORNING WALK

The morning time is very pleasant. The cool, fresh air is extremely delightful. A walk at that time is very refreshing and is a healthy exercise. Walking is the best exercise. So morning walk keeps us fit and smart.   A person  remains cheerful through out the day   because of morning walk. Morning walk is pleasing to our body, mind and soul.  I go for a morning walk everyday with my father. We go upto one kilometre from our home and return back. It takes half an hour, but I feel very comfortable and cheerful. I enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere with beautiful natural morning scenery. I do all my works      actively and go to school happily. So we all should go for a morning walk. It is a true saying, ‘walk a mile a day, smile the life away.’
