Food is something everyone needs, every day. In some parts of the world, a lack of access to food is the tragedy, while the unhealthy eating is cited as the second biggest killer after smoking. Fast food is causing problems for the health in a number of ways. Even if fast food is not as additive as tobacco but the fats and simple sugars can act on the brain in the same way as nicotine and heroin. Eating frequent fast food meals causes teens and young adults to gain more weight. They face an increased risk of developing obesity, diabetes and heart attack. A healthy diet leads to good health and keeps mind stress free. It provides more energy, make us alert and more active. On the other hand fast food makes us over-weight, lazy, inactive and hamper our study.
