Passion! What does it mean? It embodies our existence.  Think of great leaders and we will be struck by their passion; Gandhiji for human rights, Winston Churchill for freedom, Martin Luther King (Jr) for equality, Bill Gates for technology.

Passion increases the will power. It is fuel for the will. It makes the impossible possible. A fire in the heart lifts everything in our  life. That is why passionate people are very effective. A person with great passion and few skills outperforms a person with great skills and no passion.

Life is precious. It goes on. If passion is not a quality in our life, we are in trouble. The truth is that we can never lead something we do not care passiona- tely about.

To add growth, lead followers-to multiply lead leaders. So let us concentrate on what ones does well and do it better than anybody else.
